As a material inducement for Cryptara to provide you with a Cryptara Account and Services, you represent, warrant, and covenant to Cryptara, on a continuous basis while your Cryptara Account remains open, that:

Changes to Services

Cryptara may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without prior notice.

Cryptara will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of Services.

Suspending, Restricting, or Closing Your Cryptara Account

Cryptara may suspend, restrict, or terminate your Cryptara Account at any time if necessary to:

• Comply with applicable law
• Respond to regulatory requests
• Prevent fraud or financial crime
• Protect platform integrity
• Enforce these Terms

Cryptara is not obligated to disclose internal risk, compliance, or security criteria.

If Cryptara closes your account, Cryptara may return eligible balances in accordance with applicable law and Service terms.

Fair Use and Acceptable Conduct

You agree not to:

• Engage in illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive conduct
• Misrepresent Cryptara or its Services
• Upload malicious software or malware
• Attempt to compromise platform security
• Violate intellectual property rights

Feedback

Any feedback you provide to Cryptara may be used by Cryptara without restriction.

By submitting feedback, you grant Cryptara a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use such feedback without compensation.

Intellectual Property

All Cryptara Platform content, including but not limited to:

• Logos
• Branding
• Software
• Code
• Interface design
• Documentation

is the exclusive property of Cryptara Corp or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit Cryptara intellectual property without written permission.

Third-Party Services

Cryptara may integrate with third-party providers.

Cryptara is not responsible for third-party services, content, or policies.

Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

Electronic Communications

You consent to receive electronic communications from Cryptara, including:

• Agreements
• Notices
• Statements
• Disclosures

Electronic communications satisfy legal written requirements.

Changes to Terms

Cryptara may update these Terms at any time.

Updated Terms become effective upon posting.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

Disclaimer of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cryptara and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits
• Loss of data
• Loss of digital assets
• Loss resulting from system interruptions
• Indirect or consequential damages

The Platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." Cryptara makes no guarantees regarding:

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cryptara from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

Assignment

You may not assign these Terms without Cryptara's written consent.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Wyoming, Prospera Honduras.

Courts in the applicable jurisdiction shall have exclusive authority.
